FuelMetrix is provided by Innoture Solutions Private Limited ("Innoture," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when authorized users access the FuelMetrix mobile or web application and related services.

Depending on your role and your organization's use of FuelMetrix, we may process:
- Account information: name, email address, mobile number, employee or user ID, business address, tenant or organization identifier, role, and encrypted authentication credentials.
- Fuel-station operational data: daily sales reports, fuel rates, stock and dip readings, MPD readings, nozzle and tank records, shift assignments, cash details, credit/debit party records, vendor details, expenses, payments, approvals, and audit history.
- Uploaded or exported files: spreadsheets, reports, and other documents that authorized users choose to import into or generate from the service.
- Technical and usage data: session information, device or browser type, IP address, timestamps, error information, and security or activity logs.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve FuelMetrix.
- Authenticate users and enforce tenant- and role-based access.
- Process fuel-station workflows, reports, calculations, alerts, approvals, and exports.
- Protect the service, investigate errors or misuse, and maintain audit trails.
- Provide customer support and communicate service-related information.
- Comply with applicable contractual, accounting, regulatory, and legal obligations.
4. Device Permissions
FuelMetrix requires internet access to communicate with its secure backend. When you choose a file import or export feature, the app may use the operating system's file picker or storage interface. The current app does not request camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, or background-tracking permissions.
5. Storage and Security
Information is transmitted to cloud-hosted services using encrypted network connections. We use access controls, tenant separation, authentication, password hashing, and operational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share or make information available only:
- To the fuel-station business or organization that provides and administers your account, including its authorized administrators and managers.
- To cloud hosting, infrastructure, and technical service providers that process information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and service security.
- As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide FuelMetrix to the relevant organization, meet operational, contractual, accounting, or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may be set by the organization that controls your FuelMetrix account. Information may remain in protected backups for a limited period after deletion.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also object to or request restriction of certain processing. FuelMetrix is a business operations application and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
